Endobronchial ultrasound-transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is recommended for the diagnosis of malign and benign mediastinal lymphadenopathies and lesions adjacent to the central airways. However, EBUS-TBNA has a lower diagnostic yield in lymphoma. Additionally, the challenge of detecting Reed-Sternberg cells in such a small sample size decreases the sensitivity of EBUS-TBNA for diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. EBUS-TBNA can be performed through rigid bronchoscopy. Herein, we present a 64 years old male patient with multiple abdominal and mediastinal lymphadenopathies who was diagnosed as a unique coincidence of hamartoma and Hodgkin lymphoma by EBUS-TBNA and cryobiopsy, to emphasize the use of various interventional methods synchronously.
