Tuberculosis abscess of the chest wall is rare. It is difficult to differentiate the tubeculosis abscess from non-specific abscess or tumor formation. The diagnosis of tuberculosis abscess of the chest wall can be done by direct examination of the smear, culture and pathological examination of the material extracted by needle aspiration. There are no standart treatment protocols. Medical therapy for 6-12 months, surgery or combination of these treatments can be preferred. Keywords: acute, isolated, tuberculosis abscess

Göğüs duvarı tüberküloz absesi nadir görülen bir durumdur. Nonspesifik abseden ya da tümörden ayırt edilmesi zordur. Tanı, ponksiyon ya da biyopsi ile elde edilen materyalin direkt yayma, kültür ya da patolojik incelemesiyle konulur. Tedavide standart bir yaklaşım yoktur.
