Fifty-three years old man was evaluated for right diaphragmatic elevation which was detected on chest radiograph. Anterior – inferior segmental agenesis of the right lobe of liver and colonic interposition were found with computed tomography. 53 yaşındaki erkek hasta posteroanteriyor akciğer grafisinde sağ diafragma yüksekliği bulgusu nedeniyle değerlendirildi. Bilgisayarlı tomografisinde karaciğer sağ lobunda anterior - inferior segment agenezisi ve kolon interpozisyonu saptandı.
